We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pelargonia Store purchase. If you're not happy with your outdoor furniture, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility

• Furniture must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• All hardware and components must be included
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Items that have been assembled, used outdoors, or modified are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@pelargoniastore.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Pack the furniture securely in original packaging with all hardware included
4. Ship to: 942 S Shady Grove Rd, Memphis, TN 38120

Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Please include your order number and photos of the damage in your email. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping if required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
